Rules & Regulations
I. GENERAL
Qualifying period: February 1st 2022 to October 31st 2022. Qualifying policies with effective date in the period mentioned above and paid by October 31st 2022. Policies placed after November 1st 2022 do not qualify for the UFC/Millbridge Mendoza Convention 2022.

United Financial Consultants and Millbridge. (Hereafter referred to as “UFC/Millbridge”) is hosting the convention (hereafter referred to as “the Mendoza Convention” or “the Convention”) for all RL360 producers (hereafter referred to as the “producer”, “RL360 producer” Or “You”). UFC has the sole discretion to interpret and apply the Convention rules; all clarifications or disputes will be determined by UFC/Millbridge. By participating you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Convention Rules.

II. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for the Convention, a producer must meet the Reward Criteria specified below, and hold an active producer contract with UFC at both the qualification period deadline and on the date that the Mendoza Convention convenes.

III. REWARD CRITERIA
Producer Qualification Criteria: • Single qualification: USD $75,000 • Double qualification: UDS $125,000

IV. The rewards are as follows:
UFC/Millbridge will be responsible for a round-trip economy airfare from the airport closest to the producer’s primary residence to the closest major airport to the convention hotel; transportation between the convention airport, the convention hotel, and UFC/Millbridge-sponsored events; Accommodations, meals, and entertainment as organized by UFC/Millbridge.

Expenses incurred by the producer at their own discretion will be the sole responsibility of the producer, including but not limited to transportation between the producer’s original location to their home airport; transportation between locations other than the convention airport, the convention hotel, and UFC/Millbridge-sponsored events; visa/ passport fees; room service; and in-hotel services.

V. REWARDS SYSTEM (USD TO DOLLARS)
• For the producer making an individual new business placement: 100% of the premium paid for regular RL360 products. • For the producer making a unique payment business placement: • 10% of the commission premium paid for all unique investment products. • UFC/Millbridge reserves the right to offer “double points” and other similar bonus programs at its discretion. • Points are not transferable or valid for any other incentive program. • The dollar value is determined by the U.S. dollar of premium paid for the policy. Policies that have been created but not paid by the sales period expressed above are excluded from the Incentive Program.

VI. MISCELLANEOUS
By participating in the UFC/Millbridge Convention, you agree that UFC and Millbridge and its affiliates cannot be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the incentive program. If an incentive trip is canceled for reasons unrelated to producer performance or contracting, the company may, at its discretion, change the venue, and dates of the meeting and/or cancel the event in its entirety.
UFC/Millbridge and its affiliates will not assume responsibility for illnesses or injuries sustained before, during, or after the program event. Additionally, UFC/Millbridge and its affiliates will not bear responsibility for the cost of the Travel Health Insurance and will not assume financial responsibility for trip interruptions or cancellations outside of the company’s control, including illnesses (such as, but not limited to, COVID-19) or any country entry restriction.

VII. IMPORTANT NOTE:

• No guests are allowed unless pre-approved by UFC/Millbridge.
• When a guest is approved by UFC/Millbridge, the guest is responsible for the airfare and travel or international insurance.
• No producer can bring more than one guest (pre-approved by UFC/Millbridge).
• No minors under 18 are allowed.
• Hotel reservations, airfare, and ground packages are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for their currency value. This question is required. *
